Well, I installed RedHat-Athena stuff on my machine yesterday, and it
seems to be pretty good. I noticed a few problems, though:

. /bin/athena isn't in the default path. This means that add and
aklog commands in ~/.environment don't work (add needs attach).

. NOMHNPROC isn't set by the default cshrc (we should probably
follow the lead of 8.0 and set it).

. There's no option to use an srvd for /usr/athena.

. We may not be able to do anything about it, but the named is
rotating hesiod entries (so the athena cell copy of the sipb
locker sometimes gets attached instead of the sipb cell copy,
   which breaks /mit/sipb/linuxbin).
