Hi,
I'm sort of confused because the person is referring to turnaround times on
repairs and the form that is being referenced is for printer setups. I
don't see a reference to repairs on the form, but maybe one should be added
that points to Hardware Services, or whoever handles printer repairs.
If this form is used to request repairs as well as setups, perhaps I could
update it to make it more obvious.
Can anyone clarify this process for me before I make any changes?
