Hmm.... I don't read it that way at all. The way I read it, she says
she needs to know the turnaround time on the creation of the
SAP/Athena print queue. When she mentions the printer repair, I
think she's just telling us *why* she's asking us for the turnaround
time on the print queue (i.e. the repair work is putting her under
time constraints, and we can help her in her planning by being clear
about our turnaround times.)
In any case, the print queue request form should set client
expectations for how long it takes to set up a print queue. And it
doesn't do that right now. If there are no other issues, could you
make the change I requested?
As for your other question, I think it's pretty obvious that the
print queue setup form is not for printer repairs. I don't see a
need to mention printer repairs on that form -- I think that would
clutter it with unnecessary information. It's difficult enough to
get folks to read the _necessary_ info. :)
