Doreen,
You probably saw from Camilla's note that the change you requested just
takes overnight. You're in luck that you are swapping out the printer
hardware after the Athena and SAP setup steps are already done.
Getting the Athena printer server side to happen takes an overnight.
Once that's done, setting up the SAP part on a brand-new printer takes a
few days longer.

It would make my life a lot easier if I had a better idea of when the
printer would be usable again.
