I am looking for a time frame for getting my lan hardware recognized by the system.

Actually, I was talking to the help desk as I was completing this form and no one there could tell me the turn around time. It might be helpful if such information was on the page itself.

The help desk sugguested I contact you about this. Because of the long turnaround time on the printer repair, we have been without a printer for over a week. Is there any way to let me know how quickly this can be done? It would make my life a lot easier if I had a better idea of when the printer would be usable again.
