Problem is that RedHat doesn't want to be responsible for what I tell a
customer. This is the place a registered customer gets full technical
support from RedHat. It would be awefully difficult for RedHat to explain
that the response a customer recieved from their message to
support@redhat.com was not actually a good thing to do. I can guarantee
that RedHat won't do this. Customers are free however to post to the
already available mail list.
