Problem is that this is paid support from RedHat.  People would rightfully
hold RedHat responsible for anything any of us said.  RedHat wants to keep
their problems to a minimum, and although I would surely volunteer for
such a list, RedHat cannot extend themselves so far as to be responsible
for what I may tell a customer.
