Problem is that RedHat doesn't want to be responsible for what I tell a
customer.  support@redhat.com is the place a registered customer gets full
technical support from RedHat, redhat-support has a similar implied
meaning if you require that only registered users post (somehow). If
anyone can post, then it is just breaking this list into two.  It would be
awefully difficult for RedHat to explain that the response a customer
recieved from their message to support@redhat.com was not actually a good
thing to do.  I can guarantee RedHat won't impliment such a strategy.
