Not to jump on one wagon or another, but I have to ask if you have followed
the instructions available regarding submitting you registration number to
Red Hat and then sending your questions to the support email address?

This is unclear from your posts, yet I believe that this is the preferred
method for getting support from RedHat.  The redhat-list@redhat.com is a
general information exchange list and not neccessarily monitored by RH
employees.
