First, let me say this, I am not one of those who paid 50 bucks for the
official redhat support, but they do have my sympathy.

Man, if you paid 50 dollars and didn't get a response, would you complain?

This is something I haven't figured out. when redhat people (by that, I
mean Erik, Marc, Donnie, Michael) have time to help people on this
mailing list, I wonder if they can give their help to their paid customers
first. After all, thery are the ones who paid the money. I know this
suggestion may be detrimental to this mailing list, but shouldn't
those paid customers have more right and deserve more redhat's support
than us?
