Ok, I for one have about had it.
Redhat I am sure you guys are pretty busy but I am sick and friggen
tired of sending email after email trying to get some answers from you
people.
The only reason I shelled out 50 bucks for this piece of software was
b/c I assumed I'd get some support if I needed it. What a CROCK!!
I am just about out of my inital 60days and I have yet to get response
ONE to any of my questions. As far as I can tell you folks dont give
any support at all and just use this as a means to get people to buy
your products. Well I for one do not apperiate being taken advantage
of and thats excatly what I feel has happened.
Redhat maybe you guys just dont care, I mean I am just one person
out of many so its easy to ingore folks. Well if thats the way Redhat
operates so be it. Tho I will make it my mission to let people know
that Redhat uses false advertising and other such means to RIP people
off.
Well thanks for STEALING my 50 bucks. Its nice to know there are
is one more THIEF I didnt know about yesterday.
