Yes.  Tell me more about how it is not showing up.  The lo configuration
file is included as part of the installation, and if it isn't there,
that's a problem.  netcfg doesn't allow you to modify the lo device
because of the potential for screwing up the system, since there's
no reason to ever modify it...
