Xinfo is broke, and we're not going to fix it.  I spent an afternoon
looking at it and the sources build, but there's a widget problem.  We
are trying to de-support it anyway.

Bruce knows about xtechinfo.

Xmitdir never ran on the sgi.  The people with locker access are jis,
wade, hoffmann, and tom.  Tom'll fix it!  :-)
