This could be a major issue if it's not fixed by R/O week, as 25%
of the machines in general use clusters will be SGI's by then. Do
we know who is responsible for the lottery code these days? Are
the housing, the hass-d, and the phys-ed lotteries based on
the same binaries, with the same maintainers?
