Nope. The idea is to clean up things that really ought to be cleaned
up, while at the same time minimizing the amount of time required to
do so. While normal reactivate does detach lockers and other things,
it does this only after the workstation has been idle for a period of
time, and therefore is not apparently in demand. The cleanup that is
done on logout is a subset of what happens during reactivate because
there's no concept of how soon the next user will wish to log in. See
