Normally I type logout in an xterm to logout. I've noticed this Athena
release does some cleanup before/after the X server is killed.
Logging back on to the HFT as root, and typing attach finds that all of the
lockers I attached are still attached. Shouldn't cleanup take care of the
attachtab also.
