Hi,
In the original email from Nate Herzog of the Help desk, he asked which
Casetracker queue the problem should be assigned to. Since we don't have a
definitive answer at the moment I told him that WinAthena-bugs was
acceptable for now.
I also pointed out to him that it would help us a lot if when the help desk
created a WinAthena log, the case should include the machine where the
problem was occurring. That provides us with enough information to determine
who the local container administrator is. In several of the departments the
container admin wants to be notified about, or take over, such cases.
I did not ask if the help desk had tried to determine if this was a general
Word problem instead of a WinAthena problem. I thought it was more important
to provide some feedback to the user and to get phils involved since it was
one of his machines.
