Hi Richard and Joe,

In the interest of being helpful and driving to solution, is it
possible to work through this issue developing clear steps of an
approach?

suggestions...

-- can we clarify if her container admin is or is not aware...
Phil Thompson (I believe)

-- if he is aware, what assistance would be helpful... how is
the application installed... is it installed to the workstation or are
there any files saved / pointed to a server

-- is there anything we can anticipate about this application
running in a domain environment

-- other suggestions that would lead to some level 1 / 2 triage
steps

Thanks,
Theresa
