Can you give some more details on why you suspect a cron job? Did you
set one up yourself, see any error messages or suspect processes
running, etc.?
Had you been logged in for a long enough period of time that your tokens
might have expired?

If you mean the -ver switch, that should still work to specify a
different version; if not, what was it that -v used to do?
