Forget it. It's a "feature" in Netscape. Can't hide it or remove it
permanently. I deleted the thing repeatedly, burned its stump, plowed the
ashes under, and scattered salt into the furrows. It always comes back the
next day anyway.
Since the personal toolbar folder mostly links back to Netscape's site,
and since they're trying to make money by promoting their site as a
starting point for surfers ... well, you draw your own cynical
conclusions. :)
