The nihongo locker does not have sun4x_56 in the arch directory. Athena 8.2 attempts to use a fall back, but issues the warning using compatibility mode 2. The backspace and delete key usage is no longer modified. They are now producing the correct codes so that they work with most packages without modification. In some cases this does mean that they act differently than before. For further information about changes in this release, please see http://web.mit.edu/olh/Release/8.2/ 3. Something (mule/Emacs) told you that it couldn't find a lisp library at /usr/athena/lib/elisp Perhaps the nihongo locker maintainers can provide more information. Thank you for using Athena.
