Hello everyone,
I just posted a form to:
http://web.mit.edu/is/tel/csr_form.html
I wondered if you could take a look at it (time permitting) and give me
some feedback about this form (it's not functioning yet). I'm guessing
there is a CGI script (?) that is needed in order to submit/receive the
form electronically and be able to read it. I was hoping that one of you
could shed some light on the subject of CGI at some point in the future as
I am not familiar with what is involved.
As always, your guidance is very appreciated!
