It seems that the new version of this program, 1.2, is being
distributed as "shareware". The README for 1.2 says:

   This program is SHAREWARE.
   ...
I am NOT demanding payment for the use of my program, but writing
this program DID take time. Feel free to send $10 to
me at my US Mail address. (hint)

The README for the version in sipbsrc says version 1.0. This was not a
shareware release.

Suppose someone wanted 1.2. How should the shareware issue be handled?
Has this ever come up before (i.e., for software used on Athena, not
Mac or PC stuff)?

Matt
