I checked out the OLC log which discussed the problem. For some
reason, even though xfig is printing a warning about only displaying
the first 10000 points, the entire circle is displayed in the xfig
window. Therefore, I don't know how to fix the problem or exactly
what needs to be fixed.
I am going to send a report about it back to the maintainer of xfig.
Right now, I think that's all I can do about the problem. As the
consultant told the user who asked about it, the best thing to do
right now seems to be to ignore the error message xfig is printing.
