"hebcal" installed in the sipb locker

I have installed the program "hebcal" in the sipb locker, for vax, rt,
decmips, rsaix and sun4 platforms.  There is a man page.  From the
whatis:

hebcal (1)		- print day-by-day information about the Jewish calendar
