Brothers,
I was wondering if any of you saw the news that Clinton's plan was stopped
again in Congress by a filabuster. I think it missed by one vote. From
what I've heard of the plan, college students can earn their tuition by
doing national service. Is that the jist of it? Does anyone know exactly
what the bill states? The CNN half hour deal just didn't go into much
