=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> My memory is that Vicki & I had at least one more=
pair of exchanges
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> about the Vice on the Worktable.=C2=A0 I couldn't=
find them.=C2=A0 She doesn't
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> want the worktable to stay in the APOffice.=C2=A0 She=
suggested that we just
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> move the vise to another surface along with the paper=
cutter and the
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> pencil sharpener.=C2=A0 Which isn't safe.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> Use of a vise is necessary and essential to maintain =
and repair the
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> press shop equipment.=C2=A0 It's useful at times =
for other things.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> To be useful for press maintenance, and for most use:=
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 * the vise needs to be near the height it is no=
w.=C2=A0 That is, it needs to
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 be mounted at a height so it can be used=
while standing.=C2=A0 It is
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 unsafe to use it at a lower height.=C2=
=A0 It is unsafe to use it seated or
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 bent over.=C2=A0 None of the other surfa=
ces in the front APOffice are high
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 enough.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 * the surface the vice is mounted on has to be =
thick, and material has
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 able to hold bolts under force over time=
.=C2=A0 The 'table' has to be
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 sturdy.=C2=A0 The object in the vise has=
to be held well and steadily.=C2=A0 If
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 the surface is thin or weak, it's po=
ssible for the vice to detach
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 suddenly, which is not safe.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 * there has to be a certain amount of working r=
oom, around it.=C2=A0 But
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>=C2=A0 =C2=A0 that can be created on the fly, dependin=
g on how the vise is used.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> The hand-turned pencil sharpener on the worktable is =
superior to the
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> electric one.=C2=A0 You can get a sharper point with =
less loss of pencil with
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> it.=C2=A0 It could be relocated.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> It's easiest to use the paper cutter standing up =
at the height of the
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> worktable.=C2=A0 It could be moved elsewhere.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> The worktable only takes 10 (ten) square feet of floo=
r space.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> The front APOffice has over 630 square feet of floor =
space, which APO
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> has over 80%.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> So the worktable takes up about 2% (two%) of the floo=
r space APO has.
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> AX can't afford that floor space?
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> We had a lengthy in-depth discussion about this in 20=
11(?).=C2=A0 The last
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> time the APOffice was rearranged.=C2=A0 Many options =
were considered.=C2=A0 We
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> settled for leaving the vice on the worktable in the =
front APOffice.=C2=A0 I
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> could spend the time to dig that out, but time is so =
precious for me
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> since the head trauma.=C2=A0 If needed, could someone=
else dif it out?
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> I hope a way can be found to keep the vise on the wor=
ktable in the
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> APOffice.=C2=A0 The top of the table can also be used=
for other things and
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> tasks.=C2=A0 The space under could be continue to be =
used other storage,
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> perhaps the ritual equipment..
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>> yiLFS -len
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0>
=C2=A0 =C2=A0
