I basically agree with what Mitch said, but with the additional
restriction that there needs to be some active reason why the work
couldn't be done in our shop. While people intend to return things
promptly, the best of intentions don't always work out and borrowing
from the shop should be a last resort, not the first though on how to get
the job done.
