Sure, although the info on the card (all the dates and events) needs
to come from the SVP and/or MVP (how come MVP wasn't among the possible
choices of who should be in charge? These are the "Join APO!" cards).
It's true that they've got a lot to do, but if the Reg Day PC ends up
in charge of this, a large part of that job is going to be "ask the SVP
and MVP what to say." I guess that could be okay, but we'd be playing
less telephone if the SVP or MVP were in charge.
In the end, it doesn't really matter to me who it ends up being.
