I would say put it under Reg Day PCship. SVP and BookEx chair already
have a lot on their plate at that point, and the Reg Day PCship is very
straightforward and already has other institutional knowledge (how to
contact Wayne, money/billing, etc.) that has to be passed on to the PC
each term anyway. Plus they're the cards you hand out *on Reg Day*.
