Agreed, but it's a step in the right direction. I remember having
problems with configuring fstab with it, but I can't remember the
details. It let me do most of what I wanted to do, but not all.

Also, when configuring printers, it assumes you will always want to
use ghostscript as a filter for non-PostScript printers. I had to
manually fix the files to prevent this. Yes, I want to be able to
print PostScript to my Epson compatible, but if I just want to print
a plain text file, I'd rather not have the overhead of converting it
to PostScript, and then using gs to RIP it to the appropriate format.
Furthermore, it assumes that your printer resolution will be the
same in both axes (mine is 360x180). It either looks too long (at
360dpi), or you get poor X resolution (at 180dpi).

No, it doesn't, but there is a set of Tk widgets called Tix that includes
various M$-like bits, including a file requestor. However, I believe
that the RedHat control panel is written in Tk/Python anyway, not Tcl,
so you're probably out of luck here...
