Thanks for your message. As for the anwers to your questions:

myself, most of which are wrong.

I use them all the time. My query to RH support was not of a
Howto or a FAQ nature.

I have had excellent support from NovaStor, from Mathtools
and from Seagate. Free too.

I think this is a bit beyond the point. I was talking about a commercial
contract where RH offer e-mail support and whoever buys their product
enters the contract.

This is why I joined it. I have been answering questions, even
of the RTFM kind for a long time now (on another list).

As long as they point people to the right FAQ/HowTo etc -
nothing wrong with it.

Claiming exclusiveness in this case does not help. It is not
a system for the chosen.
