Well I have posted my problems and questions 5 times in the last week
on this board and I have also sent in upwards to 10-15 messages over
the last 50 days BEGGING and PLEEDING for answers.
Everytime I have posted here I have waited for days looking to see if
someone would reply, even a RH employee, NADDA!!
Also I paid Redhat 50 bucks under the impression that FULL 100%
SUPPORT was included in that price. And by god I want support. I
do NOT want to have to wait and hope that someone out there in
cyberfairy land can answer my question. They are not paid to sit
about trying to figure out my problem, Redhat was paid to do that.
Look if Redhat is totally unable to provide support then REDHAT must
by law state they are unable to provide support. You cant sell a car
and say well yeah I will fix it then ignore someone when it breaks.
After close to 50days I think I have been more than patince in waiting
for my answers. At least when I do call Gateway or MS I can get an
answer that day. Not some months down the road.
