If I may play devil's advocate here..

I think (above) is the key point all these 'support' types keep complaining 
about. RedHat specifically advertises their products as having email 
support for a specified number of days (it is even on the registration 
card). People who are very used to commercial products (which RedHat is, 
BTW), get a little upset when their plea for help is answered by silence. 
In their mind, having to resort to a general mailing list to elicit help 
is sub-standard operating procedure (they are used to official support 
channels). 

OK. I am done. Devil's advocate mask has been taken off...RedHat SanDiego 
hat back on :)
