When I needed support from Red Hat, I send a properly formatted request for
support to the indicated address, with my support ID. I included a coherent
and informative fault report. I got prompt help.
I believe that the lesson of this is that you get better support if you provide
useful information for them to work with. "The darn thing doesn't work. If
you don't help me, I'm going elsewhere," may express your seniments, but
doesn't actually help you.
Also, lets be honest, if you have a problem they can't reproduce, how are they
supposed to fix it?
