I assume you have the shrink-wrapped 3.0.3 rpm. First you need to
upgrade to 2.1.1 rpm. Then you can upgade to the others. That
long-winded version is for the older rpm version. You don't need to do
the cpio stint and all that jaz. Just grab the 2.1.1 rpm and rpm -Uvh.
