I'm not ready to do the 4.0 thing, however I'd like to start using the
newer RPM 2.x stuff.
I'm a little confused as to exactly how to upgrade to the 2.x RPM.
I did manage to get a new rpm-2.0.8.tar.gz (something close to that).
It appears there is a process I should be following when upgrading this
thing... And I tried for awhile but couldn't find anything talking about it.
It has probably gone through here before and I appologize for missing it.
