I don't think it has something to do only with the atrun Binaries. It
could be related to the fact, that it runs over the NIS Code compiled
into the libc. Your other Systems still need to run ypbind, so at
might not make a direct systemcall to NIS-Server, while this is easyer
when done using the build-in NIS features from the libc.
