Yes, but if you had *Motif* on your sys and you ran motif apps,
like for instance my sys, motif apps come up just fine.
If I run FVWM, FVWM2, FVWM95-2, TWM, MWM or CDE, all motif apps
come up just fine. Due to having *Motif* installed.

Linked libs are always going top take longer.
Have you ever had a copy of Motif  to test out ?
