I'm sorry I put this msg. un your list, but I need a replay --> today <--.
Yesterday, 28 Oct 96, I received your software.
It is very very beautiful and good and installs with no problem.
But I'm very angry to you for three reasons:
1) You mailed my order in France (?!?!), and so I had to pay a plus of $100 to
return it in ITALY (I'm in ITALY not in France!!!). Why you mailed in
France?:-(
2) I ordered you this software:
- RedHat Linux 4.0 User's Guide;
- RedHat's Linux Library CD;
- Applixware for RedHat Linux;
- Doctor Linux;
- RedHat Linux Linux/Motif;
- RedHat Linux Archives.
Total : $502
I received only:
- RedHat Linux 4.0 User's Guide;
- Applixware for RedHat Linux.
I'm sure you have mistaken something!!!:-(
I hope you ship me the rest at your own expenses (the error is yours!).
3) Applix is comprehensive of the RH Linux 3.0.3 CD. It tells me that is
comprehensive of Metro X, but there isn't. Why?:-(
For this reason I put its contents online at my ftp site. Many users
requested it......
I hope a clear and soon replay to all these questions.
