seph pointed out on zephyr (see -c consult -i spam) that it's entirely
possible that user+folder addressing [*] is turned off. I don't have a
Spamscreen folder on po15, and I don't get the amount of spam I expect to
get from all the lists I'm on, so I bet that spam is silently
(and not-so-silently) bouncing. On the production POs, user+Spamscreen is
supposed to go to your INBOX if Spamscreen doesn't exist.

I've created a Spamscreen folder; we'll see if any mail shows up in it.

[*] I think I was unable to make this work from e-mail I generated, but
the milters or barracudas or something are able to use this type of
address.
