You can still use GSSAPI to authenticate with IMAP over SSL; there
should be no need to specify a password.  I think you can prevent
imtest from prompting for a password by specifying the mechanism
explicitly on the command line ("-m GSSAPI").

Hmm, we will need to investigate that further; there might be another
problem.
