Note that while "imtest -s" avoids this problem, it has another issue
that renders it unusable; fetching large message bodies will hang until
the client sends another character. This bug was present on the Solaris
install of imtest as well - it may also be a server-side bug.
(I'm using "imtest -l 0 -m gssapi" with Gnus for this purpose, but I
can't say I'm terribly happy about the "-l 0" part.).
