IAT Events and Publications Available in INFO
The Institute for Academic Technology (IAT), operated by the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill through a grant from
the IBM Corporation, offers technology briefings and workshops in
Research Triangle Park, NC, including the following:
--Instructional Technology in Higher Education: A General Briefing
--Computers in the Mathematics Classroom
--Computers in the Humanities Classroom
--Academic Computer Networking
--Hypermedia Across the Curriculum
The IAT events calendar is now available in INFO, the UNC-Chapel Hill
electronic information system; from INFO's main menu, select item
#5 (Events) and then item #13 (Institute for Academic
Technology). Descriptions of the events and workshops follow the
calendar.
_IAT briefings_, a quarterly publication of the Institute, is also
available in INFO. From the main menu, select item #7 (Publications),
then #1 (Newsletters and journals), and then #6 (IAT briefings).
The Spring 1992, Winter 1992, Fall 1991, and Spring 1991 issues
are available.
IAT has prepared a series of technical publications which are also
available in INFO. To see these, from INFO's main menu select
#7 (Publications), then #2 (University catalogs, guides, and
books), and then #8, which will provide the following menu:
