The Lunar & Planetary Institute has now made available to the Internet
community an Index to Planetary Maps and Satellites compiled by
J.L. Inge and R.M. Batson of the USGS. This index is complete for both
domestic and foreign maps.

This is not to be confused with our catalog of maps. Our catalog records
our holdings and includes maps of the earth, as well as other planets.

To access the map index telnet to LPI.JSC.NASA.GOV. Login., at the
username prompt as LPI. Select Information and Research Services from
the main menu and select Special Indexes from the next menu.
