Dudee Chang's summary was very good, but it lacked one point that I think is
important. Although a print copy of Art St. George's list is useful during a
training session, it is even more useful to show the students how to access
your local CWIS, on which you've mounted St. George's list, Billy Barron's
list, and Judy Hallman's CWIS list ... at a minimum. This gives the students
a greater sense of independence and allows them to look up the info they need
without leaving their machines or waiting until the printed directory is
available.
