The introductory material to the USMARC Community Information
Format (as it was presented to MARBI in January 1992) is available
from the USMARC-L file server. To retrieve, send a mail message

Decisions made at ALA Midwinter are noted on the cover sheet, which
is also available from the USMARC-L file server. To retrieve, send
