Hello,

I am a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati, doing my master's
thesis on Software Quality. To that end, I have prepared a questionaire
to gather the opinion of software users, in general, about what they feel
about working with software, its features, their expectations
while using them and their recommendations regarding various facilities
and features of the packages they use. So, even though my survey is
general and broad in aspect, the idea of collecting information about the
users' opinion is towards anyone who uses computer packages. In that
sense, I feel that users who may just be using online library catalogues
and databases employed for that purpose might also contribute with their
expectations.

The survey has been put up online at

http://www.eng.uc.edu/~ssuryana/survey.html

Thanks for your time and help.

Regards,
Sriram.
