Dear Friends,
I am trying to find information on blocking access to IRC in Netscape. I'm
not trying to censure information, I'm trying to free up computers. We have
10 computers for 4000 students and they are constantly being tied up with
students who want to chat. Besides watching over their
shoulders, is there any other solution? Thanks for your help.
