Township of Montclair, Essex County, New Jersey (population 37,000) is
seeking qualified consulting expertise to provide analysis and assistance in
structuring a Technology Master Plan to guide shared communication and
computer decisions among its public sector services-including but not
limited to schools, municipal and public library facilities.
These consulting services shall be delivered so as to provide a basis for
present and future cost-benefit analyses. Identify constituent and public
sector service needs, and provide standards which shall serve to minimize
costs of needed acquisitions, operations, training, replacement and maintenance.

for proposers, and evaluation criteria may be obtained by requesting a copy
